Bio Senate Ltd is a completely independent company providing the SENATE range of Microbiology Proficiency Testing Schemes and Reference Materials for the Food, Dairy, Confectionery, Water and Pharmaceutical industries. Micro organisms used to generate the Schemes and Reference Materials are either fully traceable to reference collections or fully validated wild strains.

Our expertise is based on more than ten years of producing Proficiency Testing Schemes and timely reporting the statistical analysis of results to customers. Schemes are devised in conjunction with our specialist Advisory Group which draws expertise from a wide range of professionals, all of whom are involved in the specific industries relating to each Scheme.

Reporting back to laboratories quickly with performance information is a high priority for our customers - we report the Assigned Value four days after the closing date of each round.

We can provide assistance, training and advice on any problems participants may experience.

Having customers located across 45 countries worldwide, we have an excellent delivery network and data to support the integrity of samples dispatched to locations such as Africa and South America.
